Come ready to discuss the learning system as it exists today. The clearer the inputs, the faster we can identify the highest-leverage constraint.
Do not create anything new. Bring what already exists.
Your Current Course or Program Flow
Bring a link, outline, screenshot, curriculum map, module list, or simple description of how learners move through the experience.
Completion, Retention, or Engagement Data
Bring whatever you have. Screenshots, rough numbers, platform exports, survey notes, or anecdotal patterns are all acceptable.
Your Main Concern
Know the one issue you most want solved: poor completion, low engagement, inconsistent follow-through, weak referrals, or scaling friction.
Any Redacted Assets
