How to Read the Report
We explain what the score, tier, risk level, dominant pattern, and structural stability signals actually mean.
{{contact.first_name}}, your Course Clarity Diagnostic has been completed. This short briefing explains how to interpret your results, what Blackboard Creative is looking for structurally, and how to prepare for your Diagnostic Snapshot meeting.
No need to build anything new before the meeting. Bring what already exists.
This video sets the standard for the conversation. It explains why completion, retention, engagement, personalization, automation, and scale infrastructure are evaluated together not separately.
The goal is to make the meeting faster, sharper, and more useful by aligning on the diagnostic language before we speak.
We explain what the score, tier, risk level, dominant pattern, and structural stability signals actually mean.
We look for the places where manual effort, static delivery, weak re-engagement, or missing automation suppress completion.
We show how the Diagnostic Snapshot meeting determines whether an ENGAGE™ Audit or deeper systems correction is appropriate.
Come ready to discuss the learning system as it exists today. The clearer the inputs, the faster we can identify the highest-leverage constraint.
Bring a link, outline, screenshot, curriculum map, module list, or simple description of how learners move through the experience.
Bring whatever you have. Screenshots, rough numbers, platform exports, survey notes, or anecdotal patterns are all acceptable.
Know the one issue you most want solved: poor completion, low engagement, inconsistent follow-through, weak referrals, or scaling friction.
Redacted screenshots, documents, emails, automations, or learner-facing materials are fine. Confidential information is not required.
After watching the briefing, book or confirm your Diagnostic Snapshot meeting. We will use your Course Clarity Diagnostic to isolate the primary structural constraint in your learning system.
If your meeting is already booked, watch the video and come prepared with the items above.
